This program is unlike any other program currently available and is derived from Tzee Wai Kuen. Techniques are not dependent on strength or speed but on principles of balance and leverage. This reality-based program consists of simple techniques and instinctive movements. It is designed to teach real self defense in the shortest, most direct time possible. The is one of the toughest boot camps around the DMV. In this 8 week program you will learn what grit is all about! This class is not for the weak and doubtful but for the tough, strong minded individuals ready to take things to the next level.  This is for those not afraid of a tough intense workout with fitness levels ranging from novice to elite. Focusing on strength, endurance, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning.  We will be training both the mind and the body.  Enhance your focus and stay locked in throughout the duration of the workout while maintaining intensity.

Learn how to:

  • throw punches, elbows, knees and kicks
  • circuits with your body weight
  • sandbag training.

The instructor has over 18 years experience as a Fitness Trainer/Consultant along with 30 years in the martial arts.
